The free storage period for a parcel at the SDEK and Boxberry pick-up point is 7 days.
When receiving an order, you must present an identity document. If the recipient is not the person who made the purchase, he must present a written permission to receive the goods and a copy of the buyer's identity card.
The cost and terms of delivery are calculated individually for each city. In case of return of the goods by the customer, the cost of delivery is not refundable.

International delivery
We carry out international delivery by EMS. The cost of delivery to the region you are interested in can be found out from the managers of our online store. Payment is possible by card of Russian and foreign banks on PayPal, Revolut, or USDT.

Please note that the cost of delivery does not include customs duties and local sales taxes levied by the recipient country. Payment of duties is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. Unfortunately, this company does not carry out return shipments. In case of refusal to pay customs duties, the order will be destroyed, and the money will not be returned. The estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.

Order tracking
