Refund
You can return or exchange items from your order. To do this, send your purchase to our address within 14 days of receiving the order, having previously informed us of your decision by phone or by sending an email.
We recommend using the services of the SDEK courier service to send the goods that you want to exchange or return.
Returning goods is possible only if the following requirements are simultaneously met:
- The product has not been used (without signs of wear, washing or other physical influences.
- Its presentation (labels, tags, tags, spare buttons) and consumer properties have been preserved.
- Product packaging preserved.
- Documents are available confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods (invoice, cash receipt).
The return is carried out on the basis of an application completed by the client or his authorized representative and a sales receipt confirming the fact and terms of purchase.
If you return a product of proper quality, you will be refunded the cost of the product. The costs of order delivery and return shipping of returned goods are not reimbursed, including for partial returns.
In case of exchange and return, the cost of insurance and delivery is paid by the client.
There is a restriction on the return of shirts, pajamas and nightrobes (more details in clause 7.2.4 of the Offer).
Important
Goods of proper quality from the List approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 N 55, cannot be returned.
We would like to inform you that when returning a shipment for the purpose of exchange or return, it is mandatory to insure your shipment against the risk of physical damage or loss. Providing additional guarantees for the safety of express shipments is the key to successfully completing the procedure for exchanging or returning your purchase.
If you received a low-quality product or were delivered something other than what you ordered, the cost of return is paid by the online store.
When completing the return procedure, you must write an application for return or exchange indicating your personal passport information. Returns/exchanges will be processed within 10 business days.
Conditions for exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality
You have the right to return goods of inadequate quality during the warranty period. The warranty period or shelf life is calculated from the moment the goods are transferred to the buyer, and for seasonal goods (clothing, fur goods, shoes and other goods), the warranty period is calculated from the onset of the corresponding season, the onset of which is determined by the authorized state body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, based on climatic conditions conditions of the buyers' location.
The quantity, appearance and completeness of the goods must be checked by the recipient at the time of delivery of the goods. After receiving the order, claims regarding external defects of the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation are not accepted.
